Who is the shop for?
Currently the Össur Merch Shop is for Össur employees in specific European locations (see list below). The shop is currently limited as it is in a testing phase and may be expanded to other countries following evaluation of its usage and success. The items in the shop are meant for personal usage of employees.
Who pays for the items?
Items ordered in the Össur Merch Shop are personal expenses paid by the individual employee making the order. Employees with a company credit card are not allowed to use it for this purpose. In individual cases, such as new hires or other specific occasions, your manager may give you a voucher code to apply on purchases.
Partner | Prominate
Össur focuses on strong partnerships and has decided to implement the collaboration for the Össur Merch Shop exclusively with Prominate.
Prominate is a global promotional materials company with regional expertise and Össur has cooperated with them on overall merchandise needs for the past few years. Prominate offers Össur a full service in the area of all promotional products as well as related online solutions and they power this online shop.

Registration | Login
Please register with your Össur email address. The password is freely selectable. After registration you will receive an authorization link via e-mail.
ATTENTION!
Employees who already have access to existing Prominate online shops have to use the existing login data.
Prices
By ordering during “buying windows”, we are able to ensure a constant price for you. The only requirement is that the overall minimum order quantity is met (the combined quantity of all items ordered by everyone).
We ensure the same unit price in all countries regardless of quantity or location.
VAT
Since the store is a consumer store, the regular country-specific VAT rate applies. You can see this in the merch shop when you place your order.
Payment
Payment is made via invoice sent to the employee. Following your order, as well as after the expiration of the buying window and the associated binding placement of the order (fulfillment of minimum order quantity), you will receive an e-mail from Prominate with an invoice, which you must pay accordingly through bank transfer. Payment by credit card or through payroll is not possible at this time.
Do I have to pay for the shipping costs?
No, all shipping costs are covered by Össur.
Costs | Frugality
As embedded in our company values, we should be frugal, environmentally friendly and with a sense of foresight when it comes to our orders.
If you intend to order multiple items, try to combine your orders:
Do I really only order one polo shirt? And that in every buying window? Can’t I combine this and therefore save on transport costs? Do I really need to have a single item transported across Europe?
Do I need to have my order delivered to my home or can I have it sent to the office and therefore combined with other orders in order to save on overall shipping costs and carbon footprint.

Items are shipped directly to the address you provide except in the countries below where the items are shipped to our office locations.

Shipping costs
For each order we charge a standard shipping fee of 10,99 €.
How can I get a voucher?
Vouchers can only be generated and issued to employees by the budget owner of the respective cost center. Please consult your manager about this.
Voucher | Cost-Center/Budget-owner
Each Cost-Center/Budget-owner can create vouchers for employees. The costs which are created by the voucher will be directly allocated to the Cost-Center (AreaCode). So, the owner is in charge of the amount they give out to employees.
As we all know, this asset that the employee receives is an additional corporate benefit and may be taxable in some countries. The taxation is carried out accordingly by the HR department and regular reporting is provided on the respective amount. Of course, it must be considered that the additional taxes also affect the cost center.
ATTENTION!
Cost-Center/Budget-owners have a predefined password, which they receive separately.
How can I use my voucher?
The voucher code can be entered in the shopping cart or during the checkout process.
When will I receive my delivery?
All items are manufactured exclusively for us for each buying window. As a rule, production and associated delivery take approx. 6-8 weeks.
Can I change my order later?
It is not possible to change an already confirmed order.
Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel an already confirmed order. In this case, please contact [email protected].
Return | Replacment
Currently, all ordered goods are excluded from return/replacement. We can unfortunately not offer refunds or returns.
My items arrived dirty or damaged. What should I do?
